I have a sense of survivor’s guilt that got amplified with covid

I just really like the imagery of painting flowers that are dying and in need of color so instead of taking care of it, you fake it.

Along with the survivor’s guilt, I just feel guilty every time I need help or love or anything like that

This may just be me being a cry baby about being a good listener but not a good talker
