I get real bad blood sugar problems sometimes and I think most of it is just from stress and a really bad energy buildup. I am a definite believer in healing from the inside out, the mind, spirit, and the body to follow. What are some ways to heal my spiritual energy so my body will start to follow suit? This is more of a spiritual question as opposed to highly religious but I am always open to any answers. 
Playing and Listening to the Blues Piano helps me relax and allows me to rid of the feeling of lifes tough times.

 I’m a big believer that motive does matter that why you do something people can feel that people may be skeptical they may have their judgments or their fears because they’ve been through so much but in my experience ultimately why you’re doing something people feed on if you’re doing this because some part of you knows that you’re here in life not just to get but to give.
