For this track (komori), Micah and I hit a bunch of stuff at different times in different countries. With our eyes closed. (No, that last part wasn't true. Sorry.) I also learned that my melodica and accordion are not *exactly* in tune with each other - which is charming! Anyway, it was a blast to work on this, and I'm honored to be a part of such a neat album - which is positively brimming with music from people I highly respect.

Dreams Everlasting

I've had this simple guitar line that I've been playing around with for the last few months.  Key of A seems to be the most natural for me playing.  I got around to recording last weekend, just the main line and some additional guitar lines over that.  Spend last weekend and this working on arranging and mixing.  To me, it sounds triumphant, but life can be that way sometimes.  Not often but sometimes.
