Sean Dexter has been a DJ since the mid 80’s and has played in the USA and Canada. BayAreaBeatbox was Founded in 2011 by Sean Dexter on Pure Radio Holland and is currently on Underground Kollektive Radio as a 3 hour show that has featured guests from around the world like Paul Johnson, James Curd, DJ Vivona, David Duriez, Jay Tripwire and many others. In 2020 BayAreaBeatbox Live was launched on Mixcloud doing live broadcasts and in 2021 BayAreaBeatbox live started a monthly residency on the legendary underground station Fantasy FM in the UK. Beatbox Records was Launched in 2016 featuring productions from Sean Dexter. Along with his own label Sean has produced tracks and remixed artists on Selekta, Plusquam, Red Robot, Oh That’s Good Music, Villa65, SoulJack Digital, and the famed Deepen Sound in Vancouver Canada.
Sean’s music has been remixed by Jay Tripwire, Vernon Douglas, George JJ Flores, Sen-Sei , Jason Merle, Henry Navarro and others. His dj mixes have been featured on podcasts and radio mix shows around the world.

Delighted to welcome guest DJ BUFS to the show, who had the place rocking with a fantastic funky jackin house set - enjoy....

Plymouth DJ/Producer BUFS has been spinning since 2000 and has curated his collection of Funky/Jackin Chicago house sounds and skills over 20 years. Often playing events in both the UK and LA, he has also held various residencies on internet radio stations and streaming sites. 

BUFS productions are often seen in the top traxsource charts within the Jackin house genre and charted by many heavy hitters such as Hatiras, Joey chicago, David Britton, Disco Ballz & supported by many others. What's shakin' funky people?!  We are back with Volume 207 of the series and we are thrilled to welcome a man who has been on fire lately with numerous heater releases, hailing from Fresno, California, we welcome Jason Merle to SRS!!

Hailing from The Tower District in Fresno CA, Jason Merle has been playing records since 1997. After
moving to the Bay Area to swim with the big fish, he began to produce and play with some of the incredible
DJ’s that saturate the scene in San Francisco and eventually moved back to Fresno where he continued his
rise until 2008.
Fast forward a decade after concentrating on fatherhood and he is back at it. Producing tracks and starting his
own label 4E&A Records, he is focused and passionate about learning and improving in the studio and playing
tracks that honor the past and create visions of the future. He may be a little less intoxicated this time around,
but he is just as dizzy in love with house as he was back in the day.

Dominic, AKA Stranger Danger, has been a part of the underground music
scene since 1992. Going from house dancer, to promoter, to DJ, and now producer, Danger has followed a natural progression for those who love House Music.
Having a grandfather who was a Baptist preacher and a dad in a funk band, Danger's love for music started early in life. Since his first rave in the early 90's, Danger soaked up the eclectic diversity in the Bay Area and grew to love and appreciate House Music for its energy and community, as well as its soulful healing and message.
As a DJ, Danger runs the gamut from deep rich vocals and moody chuggy beats to the occasional jack tune. As a producer, he makes swingy and or deep tracks, but is looking to do some big room vocals in the future. Danger's got an ear for music, so in his mix sets you'll always find a song or two you really like, and hopefully haven't heard over and over again.
Stranger Danger is just getting started.

Matthew Brian gets around. His love for music can be traced back to time well spent in Tennessee, Atlanta, Kansas City, and now San Diego.
Spending years of his life working in record stores, running record labels, organizing and promoting events he was able to surround himself in the music as well as the ins and outs of the industry.
With over 20 years of Dj experience, Matt has played all over the country with the top names in underground house like Derrick Carter, Paul Johnson, Mark Farina, Luke Solomon, and Dj Sneak to name a few. His weekly event, House Music Fridays is a staple in the house community and features top notch artists from all over the world.
As a producer he's established himself on labels like Sampled Recordings Detroit, Kolour Recordings, Late Night Jackin, Jump Recordings, 1200 TRAXX, & Great Lakes Audio. Most recently Matthew has teamed up with LA veteran Ricky Doubles as the production duo Matt N Ricky and they have a slew of projects produced in Matthew's SD studio soon to be released on a number of labels like Blackcherry Recordings, and Undaground Therapy Muzik.
