About Fred de Jong

Izaäk Franciscus (Fred) de Jong , /the young/, was born on August 7th, 1963 in Strijen in the Netherlands and he moved to Aruba in 1997.

You'll soon discover that Mr. de Jong understands and loves this material. A typical show is fun, fast-paced and entertaining. Fred is a great showman and gives a romantic performance of composed, orchestrated and arranged big band songs with wonderful romantic lyrics.

Theater and Dinner Shows
When Fred performs in a show room or theater you can take any spot, because there is not a bad seat in the house as Fred moves throughout the entire area.

Each show is an intimate setting that allows him to stroll from table to table while singing. If you are looking for a relaxing, romantic and delicious evening....you can't go wrong. When Fred arrives to a venue he starts setting up and approaches as much guests as possible to introduce himself and get to know a bit about each one. He is very personable and easy to talk to. After speaking briefly with everyone, he begins his first set. Fred takes the time to give you a little bit of background on each song which is a nice extra. From the first note, you will know you have made a great decision to attend his show. His voice is amazing as is his stage presence.
