Here's another cool composition that @nic_nic_nic Nic sent over for me to color on.  Like Vast Fields and Torres Strait, it's got an understated moody kinda vibe to it.   This one really grew each time one of us would touch the project.  It's been fun to hear it evolve over the past month or so.  

It's a 12 minute plus commitment should you choose to make it, but hopefully you'll find it musically interesting throughout.  Nic likened it to a big Italian meal with lots of delicious side dishes.  I thought that was appropriate.

Nowadays, the data is recorded on SSD memory, 
Which is protected by a steel or titanium shell 
And there is heat insulation, among other things, but that wont help…

Like an aggressive attack

Then comes this hissing sound
And just right before that,
What is that ?
Is it a very softly audible crack

Made way back mid 90's beginning of 00's. With Roland JX-305 Groove Synth and Cubase 2.0 running on Atari 1040 STE. It was my debut album. It all started in 1996. Before that certain year I made all kinds of experimental tracks. But never took the effort to record it properly. I considered it was really not good enough. Later on I bought a minidisc recorder to capture my sounds. Converted them with Cool Edit Pro 2.0 as wav files.
