We loved this song and always wanted to do something with it so when we came across the acapella we figured we would give it a new twist. Drenched in colorful synths and signature hard drums, we wanted to create a new feeling for the original and just have fun with it. So enjoy, download and listen!

The genesis of Blank Tape Music as a label was a recording by Harmless that never saw the light of day. One of the outcomes of this session was a collaboration w/ Clever Austin of world dominating and old Blank Tape comrade Hiatus Kaiyote. Conceived in Blank Tape’s original studio in Northcote, Melbourne (where Hiatus Kaiyote tracked their debut EP ‘Tawk Tomahawk’), ‘Work With’ was executed between bedroom production spaces and the studio.

RAC, otherwise known as the Remix Artist Collective, is another Portland-based artist that I have been meaning to showcase for a long time now. RAC was started by André Allen Anjos with his fellow DJ friends in 2007 as a group, but has since become a one-man show with André Allen Anjos releasing all the latest tracks. Under his efforts, RAC has grown hugely popular and is continuing to gain more recognition. André is making PDX proud for sure. This track is hot off the press. Enjoy.
