Free Bee is an attempt to create soundscapes that are intended to reach the inner depths of the listener’s mind. It is an attempt to explore those horizons, those desires and those internal landscapes of our minds that are captivating but yet are things which we generally do not bother about. Simplicity is the key to our sound and it is just the way that we look at things around us.

Arka Sengupta – keyboards, samples and programming
Aniruddha Bannerjee -  guitars

The major influences of the duo include Steven Wilson, Porcupine Tree, Storm Corrosion and  Blackfield, Nick Drake, Elliot Smith, Devendra Banhart (USA), The Paper Kites (Australia),  Dualist Inquiry (India), Shpongle (UK), Younger Brother (UK), Cloudkicker (USA), God IS An Astronaut (Ireland), Mogwai (UK), Hammock (USA).
