Zmarlotte is a Prague-based artist, part of the KMEN collective. Her style could be described as organic, deep, lulling yet unsettling. She projects her literary background into her sets. In this podcast, she narrates a slower hypnotic pilgrimage.

New York imprint Dusk Notes return with four cuts from ASC, Imugem Orihasam and label bosses Soramimi and Cory James. Since its inception in 2014, Dusk Notes have maintained their philosophy of pushing the more experimental spectrums of electronic music whilst accommodating to both the dancefloor and the introspective listener. Following Cory James’ ‘Extension of Life’ the label founders invite the first guests onto the imprint including UK artist and Auxiliary founder ASC and Japan’s Imugem Orihasam.

ASC’s ‘Barycentre’ begins proceedings with dubbed-out bass grooves fusing together with shimmering pads and twisted percussion to create a deeply, entrancing atmosphere. Next up, Imugem Orihasam’s ‘Anacasico’ is an effervescent dance track deploying delicate ambience, crunchy modulations and alleviating pads throughout.
On the flip, ‘The Lightworker’ by Soramimi delivers eccentric synth waves, haunting vocal samples and punchy low frequencies before Cory James rounds things off with ‘C61’ through laser shooting oscillations, otherworldly atmospheres and wavering drones floating above.

We have already read that his music is dark and cold. It is also beautiful and subtle.
Over the years, the French producer Clarence Rise has developed a strong musical identity, always gaining in intensity and singularity, where incisive techno mixes with the icy atmospheres of coldwave. Some people characterize his work as cinematic electronics or “Cold Techno”, with a strong emphasis on complex rhythms, dark sound design and contemplative melancholy.Author of several releases on different labels (Spazio Magnetico, Bella Ursa, Khoros, DNC Limited...) and different media, this DJ and live artist makes his shows real journeys, as dynamic as introspective.

For aeons, humanity has been plagued with greed and hate - systems have become entrenched with these values at their very core, thus bringing humanity to its knees. 
There is still hope, but it is up to us as collectives and individuals to emerge from this bondage. Through arts, we can make an ever-lasting impact and avoid the Abyss looking back at us.

Artist's statement/
Tsott is a deep techno project from Tbilisi, Georgia, that can be defined as conceptual storytelling with music that is open to listeners' interpretation—exploring a combination of sounds that can be deep, darker grooves alongside warm and delightful sounds and striving to create a balance between those harmonics. It drives into the deep horizon of emotions and tries to lift inner feelings. His music has been released on labels like Liminal spaces, Kvlto records, and Indefinite pitch.

Sam Wilson is the founder of @dosis-records, an independent Chilean techno label that develops a deep, hypnotic, experimental sound and and @blackspotcl, a Techno event planner from southern Chile with a radio show on Electronic Radio, Chile.

He started DJing in 2017 and producing in 2019, something that has led him to make his own event planner; Black Spot Chile, in two cities of southern Chile, and Dosis Records Showcase in Espacio 93, the most recognized techno club in the country. Sam is the main host of Extracorporeal Therapy podcast by Dosis Records, which is a monthly radio show on Fnoob Techno Radio.

On closing duties we had the pleasure to enjoy a very special performance by the amazing artist and being !nertia with a playlist loaded fully with his own unreleased material, a great luxury by such a massive artist with an infinite and quality repertoire; the unmistakably hypnotic and flying visuals are from the great Ruben Castillo, massive trip. 
A smooth and harmonious progression that, through a delicate alternation between pulsating and syncopated rhythms, has taken us on a journey through expansive landscapes marked by its strong organic/shamanic imprint, full of deep constructions of high hypnotic content and its characteristic organic elements, a true sonic delight in beautiful balance of both nature and electronic elements.
