A1 Tonbe - Make It Last Forever

Mitiko's last outing on Disco Fruit, September 2018's "Easy To See", was a particularly expansive and action-packed set. The prolific, Montenegro-based producer seems to have simmered down a little, because this return to Tonbe's popular imprint contains just three tracks. Crucially, though, they all hit the spot. First up is the groovy, electric piano-laden dancefloor sweetness of "You Make Me", whose elastic bassline and fizzing nu-disco synths catch the ear. "Staring Into Blackness" is a slow disco-house chugger built around heavy bass guitar and Meters-style Hammond organ licks, while "Should I Go Now" sees our hero wrap snaking sax lines around another sumptuous, slow-motion groove and suitably Balearic acoustic guitar flourishes.

Big, bad and heavy basslines are the order of the day and forthcoming EP ‘Who’s The Douche?’ is guaranteed to destroy the dancefloor.

Darius Syrossian was crowned DJ Mag’s Best British Breakthrough producer of 2012 and has been blowing up with big releases on VIVa music, OFF Recordings and Get Physical. A strong advocate for “True House Music”, Leeds based Darius is a core artist in Steve Lawler’s VIVa music family, runs his own record label and is a monthly resident at Sankeys Nightclub in Manchester. Darius recently remixed the Freaks for Hot Creations to great effect

Young Spanish talent Hector Couto is another VIVa music family member also with releases on Saved Records, his own imprint Pura Music and now set for major success with Darius on Hot Creations. Hector was one of Resident Advisor’s top 100 charted producers in 2011 and was nominated for DJ awards in Deejay and Vicious Mag.

Free Candy is the Portu-stralian love child of Scribbly Jim and Francisco Throws.
After meeting during and impromptu trip to a quaint country town called Las Vegas, Jimmy and Francisco decided to combine their love of music and combining music into other musics, and form the thriving conglomerate "Free Candy".
The boys decided to take their skills to the streets, playing at various break circles and crack dens with only one decree- to play fun music that makes folks dance, and savagely avoiding assorted blips and bloops and various Kiss-FM related genres.
