This space is a community focused centre that provides a non-commercial orientation for artistic creation and performance. An important space for local alternative culture in Porto but also for the many folks from all over the world who both perform and participate in residencies at the space.

La bruma o brumación es un proceso de letargo en animales de sangre fría, caracterizado por la disminución de la respiración, ritmo cardiaco y metabolismo. En el caso de la rana silbadora (Eleutherodactylus nitidus) sucede cuando disminuye la humedad ambiental, por lo que estas ranas al terminar la temporada de lluvias, se entierran para conservar la humedad corporal. Dejan de cantar y se ocultan en el subsuelo, respirando lentamente por la piel.
Así, la bruma de una comunidad de ranas silbadoras es un susurro cutáneo y subterráneo que delimita el territorio habitado. Cuando las lluvias vuelven, las ranas emergen del largo entierro cantando, extendiendo su cuerpo en forma de vibraciones para re trazar el territorio, ahora en la superficie. El canto también es llamado para reproducirse, es reproducción, otra forma de extender el cuerpo hacia el mismo territorio.
El canto es vibración, respiración de la tierra.
