Questions answered -

There are going to be people who disagree with paying to enter places like Taiji Whale Museum while you are there, what do you have to say to those people?

While you were in Taiji whale museum, what was your impression of the people visiting, do you think they have any concept of the hunts?

Did the staff there react differently to you because  you are foreigners?  Where they suspicious of your motivations?

If invited would you go and participate in a hunt and slaughter with the hunters for the sake of documentation?

Would the contact you made with the police officer in Taiji be able to perhaps be prepared to assist you in visiting the local school to ask the children for their drawings on dolphins from their very young perspective?

What is it that attracts tourists to the region?

Is the tourism industry enough to support the towns income if the hunting was ended or is it largely to do with the appeal of Dolphin Cove?

Why do we focus on and publicise the atrocities of Taiji so much when the North-Eastern Iwate Prefecture sees thousands of Dall's porpoise killed in numbers far superseding Taiji kill quotas or the Solomons Islands and their slaughters?

Is the special police task force being paid for by the local council or subsidised by the hunting industry?

What are the practicalities regarding navigating daily life, eg shopping, eating out, buying food etc. how complicated does this make things?

We've heard about dolphin meat and how it's high in mercury, far worse than tuna, so it's not good to eat especially for pregnant women. Because of this info I've heard that the Japanese have started, hence the word started, to boycott buying dolphin meat. What about Whale meat?
