grüezi sweets,

the journey continues and after we have received the last "Love Cast" from the central/south German area, we are moving further south and straight to Zürich, which should already be known to some of you as a downtempo hotspot and if not, at the latest after this cream piece here!

our current artist @aka_tony became aware of us through the last "ruuuinous good" Love Cast by @bretfast and directly texted us initiatively (as some other people are doing as well by now, wohooo) and so pretty quickly one wheel fell into the other... so also this "Love Cast" is a special one, as it came about through a "domino effect", which we expected sooner or later and which is exactly how it should be... <3

...the sets of the @aka-tapes series, which can also be highly recommended, should probably tell some of you something, and if not, then definitely @planetibiza, where this good soul also has his magic fingers in it, and that's not all, the incredibly networked gentleman (whom bretfast always names only as "the legend") also has a slot in a radio station (@gdsfm), organises many colourful live dance nights in the Zürich area and - what makes us maximum happy, he also runs a series called "LOVE is LOVE" (@loveislove2021) - this must be a sign...

long story short: we are maximum proud to release a set by this multi connected southern star and are looking forward to the next domino effects that will result from it and wish you a lot of fun with this worldly gentle journey into switzerland's downbeatland - as always full of LOVE and positive POWER.

Deep Seahorse Podcast presents: Danielle Arielli! 

This set was recorded live @ Sardinian beach, from the Sa Terza Metari 2017 After Party. 

Since  her  first  days  as  a  promoter  and  bartender  in  some  of  Sydney’s best  clubs  for  quality  house  and  techno,  Danielle  started  learning  the skills  of  mixing  and  disc  jockeying.  Already  from  a  young  age  of  14 Danielle  was  interested  in  the  music  production  industry,  teaming  up with  rap  and  hip  hop  enthusiasts  to  put  together  and  compile  hip  hop tracks,  before  discovering  her  love  for  electronic  music.  Inspired  by many  genres,  Danielle  is  often  mixing  different  styles  of  music  in  her sets,  from  Disco  to  Techno  -  always  keeping  that  driving  and  funky sound.   Since  chasing  her  love  for  quality  music  in  Germany,  Danielle  has  made her  mark  on  the  clubbing  scene,  running  her  own  monthly  events  in  The Greenhouse,  playing  in  quality  Berlin  clubs  like  Mensch  Meier,  Sisyphos, Süss  War  Gestern,  and  Hannover’s  Fete  De  La  Musique,  to  name  a  few. While  having  residences  in  Berlin’s  home  for  underground  art,  The Greenhouse,  The  Goosebumps  Factory,  and  most  recently  venturing  to Sardinia  (IT)  with  the  Berlin  based  collective  ‘Sa  Terza  Metari’,  to perform at this boutique festival  for  the second year  in a row.  Since  returning  to  Australia,  Danielle  made  her  mark  and  introduced her  style  to  the  scene,  playing  across  Sydney  and  Melbourne  and running  her  own  event.  Working  on  what  will  be  her  debut  EP,  Danielle is  back  in  her  Berlin  studio  full  time,  mastering  her  sound.

played this set in the night from Sunday to Monday .. morning from 4 - 8 am... in the beautiful Amphi-Theatre @ Lichtung.  Because the set is quite long and also different from speed and energy,  i split it up in 2 sets and did a bit of editing in the end/beginning of the cut...so there might also miss out a few tracks..

Der Frühling ist schneller eingekehrt als vermutet und erheitert das Gemüt - so lässt sich’s doch gleich viel besser verleben 🌞 Der richtige Soundtrack für die sonnigen Stunden kommt von Lazy Hazy.
Der in der Schweiz beheimatete Musiker war schon als Jungspund fasziniert von Percussion- und Djembe Sounds. Zusätzlich spielt er E-Bass und Gitarre und erweiterte dadurch seinen musikalischen Horizont. Bereits mit ca. 15 Jahren entstand die Begeisterung für elektronische Klänge, daraus erwuchs die Leidenschaft des Musik-Connaisseurs vom Zuhörer zum Akteur hinter den Decks zu wechseln. Seitdem ist seine wohl größte Sternstunde als DJ eindeutig das MIT DIR - Festival, auf dem er mit seiner Crew den Mühlenfloor gestaltete und musikalisch begleitete. Die logische Konsequenz seiner musikalischen Expertise mündet 2020 in der eigenen Musikproduktion - man darf sicher gespannt sein, was wir noch von diesem Allorunder noch zu hören bekommen. 
Das was wir zurzeit schon hören, lässt unsere Herzen höher schlagen. Ein bisschen Lazy Hazy mit verspulten Downtempo-Bretter-Disco schickt euch mit seinem extended Igelkarussell in andere Sphären. 3 Stunden geballte Power gespickt mit Stilwechseln die einem nie erahnte Gernekombinationen aufzeigen. Immer schön faul bleiben Leute!
