Skankandbass is dedicated towards the official promotion of record labels and artists in the world of drum & bass music. Since inception in 2009, Skankandbass has unearthed some of the freshest talents in the scene and has opened many doors for unsigned artists. Now, through Skankandbass Introducing we release a series of free download singles which aims to spread the work of the best unsigned, newcomer artists who deserve more recognition.

As the North American drum & bass scene continues to flourish, we return across the pond once again for SNB103 from Wooflet.  Based in Arkansas, Wooflet is one of the many bright stars in a bubbling US scene having previously featured on Flexout, Tesseract, Lost and Abysmal Entities among others.  He debuts on S&B Introducing with two exquisite deep offerings in ‘Untethered / One Mind’.

A rising talent from the heart of São Paulo, Dizrupt, returns to Dispatch following 2023’s “Rackle EP”. A key figure in the Brazilian drum and bass scene, his innovative approach to drum and bass combines his love of experimental recording techniques with a vibe-first, upfront energy that runs throughout his tracks.  

The "Barko EP" developed from a live guitar recording session and quickly took shape, taking inspiration from the resulting sounds which morphed into the unique sounds of the granular, percussive beast that is the title track. Each track on this finely textured release effortlessly blends infectious danceability with crisp, clean production for maximum impact. 

As an inspiration for the flourishing South American DNB community he continues to be top of the export list, bringing the whole scene onboard the good ship Dizrupt.
