Mike Shawr makes his debut appearance on Unquantize with a number that grooves deeply in percussive rhythm and soul. “Story of Something”, featuring the spoken word vocals of Lazaurausman, grinds with Afrocentric drums, basslines, and electric synths that spiral into a musical movement. It perfectly displays Mike Shawr’s ability to produce Afro House taking listeners on a journey into diverse sound and foot tapping rhythm.

Cor.ece recently had starring roles on Honey Dijon's Unleash and Work which landed via Defected. Now stepping out on his own with the help of @JKriv on production duties he has delivered a bubbling slice of hook laden deep soulful house which also features Dave Giles II alongside him on vocals. A fierce bassline, which adds grit to the soul, and laser synths both perfectly frame the incredible vocal talents for which he is rapidly becoming renowned for.

Our premier today see's @Crackazat on remix duties taking the track of in deliciously soulful territory with his trademark jazzy flourishes giving it a whole different sumptuous feel.

Maltese producer Melchior Sultana's sumptuous 'Self Reflection' is one of the best house albums in ages, brimming with delicious melody and deep moods. 'Module' is one of my favourites, propelled by a Mr. Fingersy bass throb and a punchy deep techno rhythm, it's awash with hazy synths, lush melody and trippy automation. Excellent.

Lucky Sun (aka Tom Lown) is best known for his super deep productions which have been released on labels such as Lost My Dog, UM Records and Delve Deeper Records. He released his debut album Olive Street under his Lucky Sun moniker a couple of years ago which was highly received by DJ Mag and a host of worldwide DJ’s.
This year has seen his return with a series of collaborations with talented artists including vocalists Alison David and Frank H Carter III and will follow up with a brand new album in the Summer of 2022.
You can also be on a look out for his remix on Do it Now Recordings this winter.

From the collective brain of Craig Smith & Saleem Andrew McGroarty comes a new 'live' outfit called Sound Signals.

Together with keyboardist Stevie Christie, bass-man Cameron Bradley and percussionist Paulo Riddle they served up a deep, warm and jazzy basement house workout. 

In order to increase the musical value we got something special on this version.  Here Craig teams up with his Scottish soul brother Ricky Reid for a remix under their Soul Renegades moniker with a big-stringed late night house fanfare. It kinda reminds us of those tasteful and melodic deep house productions coming out of Italy in the mid/late 90's...think Don Carlos :)
