[PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB] proudly presents its 86th release — Mountain Altai VA: Tavda Caves. Dub Techno Star Collection, Vol. 5

Night. The entrance to the Tavda Caves is veiled in smoke from campfires and stars reflected on stone. Here, for centuries, the shamans of Altai performed their rituals — beating drums, summoning the spirits of rivers and mountains. The stone halls became temples, where the echo repeated every word, turning it into an incantation. The Tavda Caves are one of the legendary places of Altai — hollow mountains that still carry the resonance of ancient voices. Hunters and shamans once lived here, nomads found shelter in the darkness, and now those who seek the earth’s energy come to listen. The stone keeps the breath of thousands of years, and if you stay still, you can hear the music of darkness and the echo of light.

This fifth chapter of Mountain Altai VA sounds like an ancient ritual, where each track is a separate spell.

The Tavda Caves are a place where time slows down, where drops of water become the metronome of eternity, and the stone halls carry the echoes of ancient voices. Here, light becomes sound, silence becomes space, and dub techno becomes the living echo of the mountain’s depths. This part of the collection, created in celebration of the third anniversary of [PIRANHA SIBERIA DUB], continues our sonic pilgrimage through Altai — taking the listener beneath the earth, to the place where everything begins. A story about depth. About how, even under layers of stone, you can still hear the light.

Queer Base is an organization based in the TürkisRosaLila-Villa in Vienna aimed to socially and legally counsel LGBTIQ+ refugees that arrive in Austria. Together with Freeride Millenium a solidarity compilation is coming out on July 30th where all profits will be donated to Queer Base. This broadcast is in different languages that represent the languages of clients in order to reach out to their communities to understand: You are not alone! There are people that speak your language, have your culture and are the same as you are! Different aspects will be highlighted in a discussion such as present the organization itself and having testimonials from clients. Radmila Nikogosian from the St. Petersburg duo Delicate Features will take you on an abstract pop journey fueled to be a fast emotional rollercoaster. In a further step we talk about intersectional racism within queer communities and how to cope with these feelings from an perspective in Arabic. Stepping musically up with slow disco and space downbeat is Amy.G.Dala from Germany. Faris Cuchi will continue the discussion and talk about how and where to find mental health and reach out to the community. The closing set will be a disco supernova with futuristic and uplifting house by Jenouise who is one half of Zombies In Miami from Mexico. All talks were initiated by Marty Huber.
