This time we focus on new music. We have Jazz from Finland, Ambience from Australia and improvised dulcimer based music from Ohio. We check in with the San Fran Indie scene courtesy of the wonderful Mister Baby. Synths are in demand, with Hiem, Only Drugs and Biesmans serving up the goods. When it comes to House, we have Afro, Jazzy and Tech varieties. DJ Emerson vents his frustration, before we close the show with a remix from the recently departed Angel Moraes and a slightly obscure classic from House king Frankie Knuckles.

We begin 2021 with a New Year selection. We have Nordic Folk from Sweden and Norway, San Fran Indie from Cindy and private press Christian music from the 1960s. There’s a winning double from Golden Ivy and a Sade track from the 1980s that never appeared on any album.  Erdos supplies exclusive music and we give perhaps the first ever play to an unreleased Jori Hulkkonen remix of KD Lang. There’s new tracks and remixes from Monokultur, Pedro Vian, Theiz, DJ Hell, Studio Apartment, Typical Girls and Dave Clarke. Paul Woolford’s recent Dub of New Order features, too. We finish with two soul goddesses.
