This is the very first song I ever recorded using my then new home recording setup in 1999. The first! I bought all the gear at a Musician's Friend south of Denver, brought it home, opened the boxes and started having so much fun that I think my friends didn't see me for the next couple of years. It's a DADGAD guitar tuning I used to jam on and very Leo Kottke sounding. One of my guitar heroes, he is. This was recorded on a Yamaha MP3 minidisc eight track recorder (Yamaha MD8). The drums and cowbell are a Boss DR 770 "Dr Rhythm Drum Machine". It ain't perfect. It's MP3 tracks and the mics were just set anywhere in the corner of my living room and yada. No excuses. It's a fun little ditty.
