Frenzy opens a new chapter with the fourth installment of its VA series, once again merging the pulse of the present with echoes of the past. FRNZYVA004 spans twelve tracks across four vinyl sides, each carefully sequenced to form a journey rather than a compilation. Rooted in community, continuity, and a forward drive for modern sound, the record moves seamlessly from the dancefloor to the mind’s eye.

Frenzy ventures deeper into the night with Tarkno’s After Hours EP (FRNZYREC011), a six-track journey of tension, drive, and subtle reflection. From the start, the EP pulls the listener into a nocturnal world where momentum and mood shift effortlessly, guiding the night forward with precision.

Deadline begins the journey with a commanding push, sharp percussion and rising intensity setting a restless pace. Anxious builds on that tension, darker and more introspective, its patterns fractured yet deliberate. Jacobworld’s remix then takes the track in a different direction, stripping it down to relentless techno energy, where pressure and precision become the story.

As the night evolves, Morning Drive introduces a reflective pause, textures softening and momentum balancing between calm and urgency. Tarkno’s After Hours (Original) follows, gradually unfurling into a layered, immersive exploration of the late-night atmosphere, translating the feeling of ultimate momentum. Finally, After Hours (Remco Beekwilder Remix) ignites the closing chapter, hard-hitting and floor-ready, amplifying the energy of the original into a commanding finale.

For Frenzy’s third release, and the first solo release, the Uruguay-based William Arist is introducing us to his world of ‘tribal techno’. Hailing from the city of Montevideo, this Southern- American-born artist already is a talent to watch overseas. Through their like-minded vision of electronic music, William bonded strongly with our Amsterdam-based Frenzy crew over the last couple of years. This warm connection evolved into Frenzy 03 - showcasing pure dance floor eclecticism that only William can deliver, including two remixes by no other than VIL and rising star Kenji Hina aka Alarico.

The A side instantly kicks off at full good vibe-throttle with two productions that reminisce about those iconic Love Parade moments during the very first days of rave culture. Balancing on the edge of house and techno, ‘Chaka Chaka’ loops the listener into a straight sense of movement. With rhythmic drums and uplifting vocals, ‘Days’ feels like stepping into an after hour dance-floor at the beach while the morning sun rises through the exotic vegetation.

On the B side, William leans towards a more hypnotic sound. With a great tempo and a dark yet subtle mood, ‘Tero’ sets the tone for those murky clubbing moments where the boundaries dissolve and bodies merge. Slowly climbing out of the deep, ‘Gultural’ stays on the same energy level while adding dubby hints and a taste of freshness.

To top it off, the release is provided with two remixes that leave no room for interpretation. Portuguese producer VIL turned ‘Chaka Chaka’ into a true peak-hour beast while Italian multi- talent Alarico shows his versatile skill set with a speedy house remix of ‘Gultural’ under his Kenji Hina alias.

This born-to-be gearhead from the outskirts of Amsterdam began experimenting with electronic music as a youngster. Immersing himself in a variety of genres throughout his early years, he decided to take the next step and provide an output for his vision on techno as ‘Levzon’. For our next Frenzy adventure, he is going all out for the first time, profiling his sound through a 4-track heavy-hitting EP with old-school-induced cuts and loopy basslines, including two remixes by like-minded associates.  

Imagine an era where speed has no limit and the night knows no dawn. That’s about the atmosphere ‘Mambata’ is creating at the start of the A-side. Followed by drum-led ‘Bang the Drums’, Levzon continues to ride the wave of heat, pressure, and movement. The adventure doesn’t end here yet: talent on the rise Phil Berg is providing a perfectly executed dubby remix of ‘Bang The Drums’ Enter the B-side where a body-heavy peak time experience is awaiting you with ‘Baraa’. A true weapon on the dancefloor. At the end of his story, Levzon leaves us with the beautifully composed ‘Baila’, casting a subtle rhythm of basslines with funk-induced vocals within a more subtle tempo. To close off the record in style, Ruiz OSC1’ provides a remix of ‘Baila’ - throwing her 90s rave techniques into the battle.

Through this second VA release, Frenzy seeks to extend its exploration of the ‘now’ and the ‘then’ with a double vinyl release with no less than 12 tracks representing their trademark sound. Buckle up - it’s time to step into the time machine of speed and light. 

The vibey A-side starts with a bang by the dynamic Swiss/Italian duo Funk Assault (Chlär & Alarico) followed by uplifting, lighthearted productions by Amsterdam’s finest Undivulged and Lobster. On the B-side, local talent Levzon kicks it off with a playful melody-led groover, while Nicolas Vogler gets into the rhythmic drums and Ruiz OSC1 delivers an aquatic dub workout. 

Heavyweight TWR72 introduces the C-side in full effect with a hypnotic, driving tension builder, followed by a wonky looped-out production by Hemka. Insolate is the perfect final addition to this side with a steady minimalist puncher for the in-between energy shifts. The D-side takes off at stellar speed with Cravo, raising the peak hour pressure. Jannik Abfalg channels the energy to more bright scenery as ANNĒ completes the record in style with a vocal-induced trip through early morning dancefloor freshness.  

To go full circle, the release is accompanied by four digital-only bonus tracks by none other than Antic Soul, Edvvin, JSPRV35, and Hyden. The Miller - Complied [FRNZYREC005]

For Frenzy’s 5th installment, we’ll take the fusion of the past and the present even further. We present you a 6-track EP by Swedish DJ and producer ‘The Miller’, who was amongst the Nordic wave of early 2000s techno pioneers like Cari Lekebusch, Adam Beyer, and Joel Mull. Coming from an era where rave and nightlife escapism were blooming, The Miller possesses a vast backlog of old-school productions that embody the true Frenzy sound. We invited him to compile an EP with old and new material, accompanied by remixes from the up-and-coming generation to truly intertwine generations of dancefloor exquisiteness. Allow yourself to surpass the linear alignment of time within the next collision of decades on Frenzy 005. It’s time to dance.

Starting out slow but steady on the A side, ‘Kartong’ gradually builds up the pressure with a playful mix of reversed phrases and thoughtful alignment of pitch levels. Tension transforms into motion as ‘Apex’ kicks in with big airy basslines and exotic drum elements that keep the early-day spirit alive. To complete the A-side, Stuttgart-based Rove Ranger presents a dub-influenced remix of Apex, accelerating the 00s story straight into the next decade. On the flip side, we go back to the old days as ‘Complied’ grabs hold of hips and minds with catchy repetition and a straightforward bassline. The Miller got us spellbound as ‘Gate’ follows up with a stripped-down steamy groover. To end the journey in full force, a powerful remix of Gate by the Greek-based ANNĒ is delivered, converting stripped down into the contrary for those big-room dancefloor moments.

Deadline begins the journey with a commanding push, sharp percussion and rising intensity setting a restless pace. Anxious builds on that tension, darker and more introspective, its patterns fractured yet deliberate. Jacobworld’s remix then takes the track in a different direction, stripping it down to relentless techno energy, where pressure and precision become the story.

As the night evolves, Morning Drive introduces a reflective pause, textures softening and momentum balancing between calm and urgency. Tarkno’s After Hours (Original) follows, gradually unfurling into a layered, immersive exploration of the late-night atmosphere, translating the feeling of ultimate momentum. Finally, After Hours (Remco Beekwilder Remix) ignites the closing chapter, hard-hitting and floor-ready, amplifying the energy of the original into a commanding finale.
