Exploring the healing power of sound!
I’m Pier, from Frequencies for the Soul. As a guitarist, I have almost 40 years of experience in improvised music and research on alternative tunings and the properties of frequencies.
As a meditator, I started in 2021, when I attended two courses on mindfulness with Antonio Lengua.
After that, I did extensive reading of masters like Kabat-Zinn and Gunaratana.
