Frequency cannon, originally an underground indie rock band, shot to explosive fame after winning the BlastOff 2006 reality show and had its share of heavy gigging, touring and insanely energetic live shows. The band then became less than active due to other professional, career and personal commitments but has been quietly writing songs throughout the years that are yet to be released. The band is now in the midst of the production of its upcoming second album.

Keng – Lead guitarist. An engineer turn music tutor, imparts knowledge to preach music to aspiring guitarists within Klang Valley.  He also plays the bass and piano and is quad lingual . Musical influences include Kirk Hammet, Marty Mcfly from back to the future and Poggybird. Oops! I meant Paul Gilbert. Good natured and direct to the point, his mock-thai accent can fool everyone except the real Thais. Loves to bully the vocalist.

Azrul – Bassist, is also nicknamed after an earless blue cat with a bell and pocket with a bespectacled sidekick. The funk cat takes bass playing to a different level  in the band, usually in a good way. usually. This avid console gamer is also an IT banker and loving husband & father to his wife and two kids. Loves to bully the vocalist.

Dino – Drummer. Drum DNA runs in his family. Mild-mannered and soft spoken Dino transforms into  Mr Hyde when he takes on the snare. Even Frequency Cannon members keep a distance of at least 7 meters from him, as Dino cannot recognize friends or foe when playing. Geeking at a computing firm, Dino loves God, Kit Kats,horror movies and his cat Woofie. Loves to bully the vocalist.

Kuachee – the extremely eccentric vocalist with a split personality. A meek practising dentist by day, a psychedelic rocker by night. Plays a variety of instruments and makes occasional odd noises but is only allowed to sing in the band. Commanded a company and jumps off from flying planes in his army days and is currently pursuing double masters in his dental specialty. Has developed an immunity from band bullying.
