Known for his pivotal role in the Acid Techno sub-genre revival through his label, Involve Records, Regals latest work revisits the genres essence while infusing it with a fresh, modern twist.

Under his ACIDBOY alias, his latest album, The Final Chapter, is a nostalgic and forward-looking expression of an artist who has grown and adapted but remains true to his core musical identity. The first single The Final Chapter is a hard-hitting Acid Techno mayhem, characterized by an iconic 303 melody developing throught the track that brings the whole room to shake. Get ready to get into the “earthshaketrance”. With his background in jazz music, Kancheli shows a finely attuned feel for rhythm. Trance leaning tunes on the A side tickle your dancing soles, making them peak time material. Playing with emotive evocations of hope, this is music to transcend to. The B side strikes a darker chord, with Kancheli using acid synths and combining them with vocals reminiscent of wave. The release finishes on a remix by Volruptus. All in all, the well-crafted first solo release of a dance floor favourite.
