Circular Thinking

2 Redmoore Square is a quiet, personal album about growing up in Manchester UK in the 1980s—told from the point of view of a kid trying to understand the world around him.

These songs walk through red-brick streets, schoolyards, shop windows, bus rides, football on the telly, and evenings where the kettle goes on even when things feel uncertain. It’s about family, migration, belonging, and the small places that shape who you become—Rusholme, Oxford Road, the Arndale, Piccadilly Records, and the house at number twelve.

This record doesn’t chase nostalgia for its own sake. It sits with memory as it really was: cold nights, warm kitchens, being called names, learning resilience early, and finding hope in ordinary moments. The stories are simple, spoken plainly, and rooted in lived experience.
