On the 25th of August, welcome artists and producers Windeskind and Return Fall to deliver their new EP "Crisis"  to IAMT Red!

"Creating the first track Arrival, we were mostly focussing on the groove of the production. We wanted to make it as danceable and catchy as possible in order to get the dancefloor moving. On the other hand we wanted to implement a very atmospheric and dreamy vibe which sends the listener to another dimension. With the nostalgic feel of the chord progression, the strings and the arp in the break we create a feeling of Arrival, which gives the track its title.

The title track Crisis was made after Arrival and we tried to glue it together with the first production. Again we tried to build a strong groove and a dreamy atmosphere, but this time we went a bit darker with the melody and chord progression. The key element of this track is the vocal in the break which complements perfectly to the dark vibe and sends a strong message to the listener. Since the climate

Eli Brown is one of the hotly tipped British producers to break through this coming year. Despite having a Beatport profile still in its first year, Brown has already caught the attention of some major players, including our very own Steve Lawler. And with this Tech house inspired bass-heavy 4-piece EP in 3AM, released on VIVa LIMITED in May, Brown is certifying his increasing pedigree in the house and techno field.

Bristol has a knack for engendering quality house and techno DJs, and current rising star Eli Brown, is incorporating his drum and bass heritage to influence contemporary British house music. 
His debut release came via electronic music pioneer Skream and his imprint Of Unsound Mind. The tracks  ‘Acid Test’ and ‘Can You Feel It’ were regularly played on Rinse FM and BBC Radio 1 thanks to Danny, Howard, Solardo and Monki. The latter also invited the Bristolian to join her most recent The Warning Tour, supporting her at Southampton’s Junk. 

Support has also come from Leftwing & Kody, Annie Mac and Groove Armada, as this talented producer is slowly defining himself as one of Britain’s most exciting house and techno artists, already touring some of the best clubs in the British clubbing circuit. Eli Brown, remember the name.
