Laughing Water is the title track from the forthcoming Spaceheads album of the same name, released 21 November 2016. Usually a duo, Andy Diagram (James, Diagram Brothers, David Thomas & Two Pale Boys, Pale Fountains) and Richard Harrison have tempered their usual electro-jazz-funk sound with the mellow rhythm of Vincent Bertholet on double bass. The result is a fusion of brass and electronics driven by strong and percussive rhythms.

‘FASCINATE YA’ sees Tara continuing her brand of biting, grooving pop-soul. Her vocals, alternately sultry and ethereal, glide over hip-hop-soaked drums and icy synths to command the subject – so common he wouldn’t stand out in a criminal lineup – to “drop my heart at the door” and then mockingly ask, “do I fascinate ya?”
