in the years following the last CAZZIE record, things have morphed for our titular hero--- a turn signified by his newest record, "I DON'T WANNA TALK ABOUT IT", which was produced by his mysterious & shadowy protege, @SWAYZEHUNDRED. 

SWAYZEHUNDRED samples @Bastille's "Bad Blood" as the newly minted CAZZ!E AKA inherits the skin of his new character, St. Swayze. AKA tells a tale of what sounds like a fresh "heel-turn", or turn to the dark, spitting tales of frustration and anger. What's next in this mysterious tale, we don't know. 

We do know that where ever CAZZ!E AKA has been in the last year, it's turned out an entirely new artist.

Robert DeLong’s (@robertdelong) team reached out back in 2014 for me to do this remix. I was deeply honored to be asked to do it but initially struggled to find anything that I thought could fit with the song. It was just so different from the music I normally make. I was living in England at the time and where I was staying the only quiet place to make music on the weekends was in a space that didn’t have any heat, and it was winter time. One weekend, after a couple hours in the quiet space, sitting at the piano, hands going numb, with just the original vocals playing - I came up with the piano part that starts about 16 seconds into the song. Nothing was really sticking before that but that little phrase felt honest to me. And that was the platform that the rest of the song was built around. I was so excited to share the song publicly when it was finished but then due to timing issues it sat on my computer for two years. Just a few weeks ago I got the go ahead to release it publicly. It was such a relief to hear that and I’m tremendously excited to share it!
