The song is based on this perspective: Sometimes you drown in a glass of water, you see all the bad things going on and you think you aren't strong enough to face them, but the thing is that you have to overcome those thoughts and feelings and become stronger, for your own health. Basically, be positive and keep on moving.

Another song where I'm trying to tell a story or put myself in the position of a character. This one is a melancholic look at regret and redemption. Just Ukulele and voice, nice and simple seemed to fit the song just right. Weirdly the Uke is usually seen as a happy instrument, however felt right for this song.
