If a track you submitted does not appear in this list, it’s probably because another of your tracks appeared in our Fresh Faves or on the BBC Music Introducing Mixtape during the last three months — we ask that artists featured on either wait three months before resubmitting to give others a chance. We also don’t accept SoundCloud Go tracks, which can only be heard as 30 second previews, and tracks made private after submission, which will be invisible to everyone. You will be able to resubmit the track in future. Tracks that have been previously submitted will also be removed.

Have you ever lost someone you loved? STILL is a romantic ballad with a super rhythmic bass beat and artfully crafted words that elevate to a higher plain that many other tunes of its style. Old fashioned in feeling but ahead of the curve in production, it tells the story of how someone feels on the day they have to move out of the house they shared with another, and how the loss of the physical only reinforces the loss of all the hopes & dreams the dwelling once contained. STILL is the 4th track to be taken from Dirk Scarlett's second upcoming album, The Us & Thems - which many are saying is a huge leap forward in modern songwriting, being as it is, totally unafraid of emotion.
