@soelaela, who lives in Berlin, has created her very own sound between sensual house music and minimalist dub techno and has released on labels such as Dial, Sushitec, Kompakt and others. This year, she also released a track called "The thing for him" on the Freude am Tanzen compilation. You can also find a detailed interview with her in the sixth issue of Fatplastics magazine. Every month I ask myself the same question: have I not played this before? Although the music is always different, I tend to be drawn to similar sounds over and over again. Having said that you will never hear the same tracks in any of my mixes. It might've happened once or twice but no more... The challenge is to create something new every time that is influenced by an idea or current mood. To distil and filter these releases, weaving them together unexpectedly so they resonate within each of us through an infinite journey to The Other Side.

Proto dance and (out of) body music for the bad people of Wrong Party - a taste of things to come on the 27th.

Certain parties leave an impression and playing Wrong Party last Christmas did that for me - they are a very up-for-it and open-minded crowd, a combination to be highly treasured!

They aren’t house, they aren’t techno, they aren’t disco - they are all the cracks in-between where the Wrong ’Uns like to have their fun. Safe to say I’m very much looking forward to playing at the Xmas Perineum Xtravaganza again - see you on December 27th.

Making some good resolutions for the year ahead: taking things in a slightly different direction for now, yet keeping inline with the vision that holds everything together. Tripped out sounds of today dubbing those of the past through a new echo chamber... Getting in gear with a steady pace ready to move forward into the unknown and uncover all the new things to come. When you get to the bottom it's always easier to come back on top, it all depends on how you look at things or how you hear them and act up!

The Milano-based project, Orion, accepted the invite to the following episode of the Harmony Rec. podcast series. Nicoló and Simone, the founding members and artists standing behind Orion Records announced their fifth EP, Clinque, a few days ago. Both producers are also members of a newborn project Pale Product involving Giegling’s Ateq (https://www.instagram.com/pale_product/). The podcast contains unreleased music coming out on Orion Records.
