April 1st 2015, and the long awaited follow-up album to 2010's The Golden Age Of Exploration see's the man from Momo taking us on a leap into the creative unknown, in the exclusive private preview of the new LP, Thespionage.

A spy-pop rollercoaster of big beats, big tunes and a few big words, all supposedly from a little shed in Bournemouth, Momo:tempo's new album fuses cinema, club and theatre in a ride of musical confidence it is hard to second guess or compare to anyone else.

Thespionage is officially released on May 11th 2015 and is emargoed from posting elsewhere until then, you keen sausage.

Fairy Tales Exist

The Joker and the Queen of Hearts is a concept album. The theme is apocolyptic, but not dark. Its purpose is to ignite contemplation on the signs of the time unfolding around us and to evaluate the worldwide ideas revealing the evolution of the collective consciousness. Our attitude towards and love of classic rock, especially themed and open to a psychadelic influence, has inspired us over the last 13 years to work towards a sound that celebrates and works within the classic rock genre. Pink Floyd and The Doors are the two heaviest influences upon our style, recording technique, and compositional procedures. Certainly there are also influences from Jethro Tull, Neil Young, The Rolling Stones, and Jimi Hendrix. Our hope is that this album will be appreciated as a work of creativity and for its thematic story telling.
