This song is for all women who have felt at some point in their lives that they aren't good enough.  Society has driven young women into the ground by telling them they aren't skinny or beautiful enough, and it's just a load of lies.  My sister is a victim of depression and a minor eating disorder, and I know there are millions of others who have suffered in a similar manner.

Friend Owen is an alternative project created in 2014 by singer-songwriter and composer Thomas Sulkoske.
