2022 has been a very challenging year for me. I've been dealing with a repetitive strain injury in primarily my right arm since mid-april that has had a large impact on my ability to produce and play instruments. This past summer and fall I've been in a negative feedback loop of my physical and mental health essentially dragging each other down, and I've not treated my body the best I could have during this period. Thankfully, I'm starting to see light at the end of tunnel and lately my arm has been doing a lot better. However, there's still a lot for me to figure out, and I need to hold myself accountable to heal my body and my mind the best I know how to. I just want to say that I'm so grateful to everyone that listens to my music and that I don't take any of you for granted. I haven't been as active as I'd like the past year with this project, and to be honest I'm in a pretty weird spot right now trying to figure out my next steps. But I'll figure it out and when I do I can't wait to share it with you all. Much love 🖤
