It's a translation into sound of the arctic voyages singlehanded sailor Roger D Taylor undertook with his tiny vessel called "Mingming II" (find the man on Youtube, amazing!). What you hear is a one-taker, played with a power trio. It actually is the very first take of the ones we did! 

From the serene silence to the roaring, brutal power of the northern seas, it's all in the music.
