One of our highlights of last year was Nebraska's 'Soften the wireless' EP, with disco stomper Khan's Bargain, and an amazing Tom Noble remix. Since then, we've seen him take on quite a few live shows again, playing at Claire during ADE, and Concrete for our label showcases. He's also managed to find a bit of time to focus on his fresh (new and cool) edit label 'Friends and Relations'. Luckily, since we've been nagging him to do a new EP for Heist just enough for him to still like us, and more than enough for him to want to get it over with, we've gotten our hands on another set of amazing tunes. So we're happy to present his amazing music, nicely packaged in one handy record for your listening pleasure: the 'Metaphor to the floor' EP.

After slaying everyone last year with his Wonky Bassline Disco Banger, @red-rackem is back focusing on what he does best. Making slamming house cuts designed for maximum dancefloor damage.

We probably don't need to remind you that WBDB was the biggest selling dance vinyl single of 2016.  It was 'No 1 on Juno' and 'Record Of The Year at Phonica'.  Apparently Elton John played it too!

Danny Berman aka Red Rack'em brings us two more burners on his much loved Bergerac label. This year his hotly tipped 'Self Portrait LP ' was released & now Danny's got his sights set firmly on the dancefloor once more.  2017 has been a vintage year for the Berlin based DJ producer with Radio 1 mixes, some serious air miles, remixes for Tensnake, Tinie Tempah & shows for Rinse .

'Place For Me (Version)' is a cut up, pumping, soulful disco house slammer. Originally released in 2009, it's been updated and remastered and is another great example of Red Rack'ems ability to chop up vocal samples and make something fresh from them.  It's a guaranteed club wrecker.  Look out for the signature 'donk' touch from Wonky...

For the title track ‘Down Low’ Lombard Street delivers a serious peak time dancefloor smasher, a real genuine slab of modern House and Garage that carries an uplifting vibe with infectious chopped up vocals to compliment. Track 2 ‘Honey’ is a slightly more soulful affair but still maintaining the balance with chunky ‘four to the floor’ House and Garage vibes to boot. We are happy to present you the brand new work from Easy To Remember, the Italian duo by brothers Elia and Niro Perrone. After their debut on Rebirth in 2015 and the release of their album 'Pescaiola' in 2016, they are back with the 'Urban Sunset EP'.
Born in Tuscany in Arezzo, since 2008 they have been running their own night at Klang Club, and they have set up their record label Unclear in 2011, releasing music from artists like Roman Flugel, Baby Ford, Gigi Masin, Fred P, Rick Wade, DJ Jus Ed and many others.
'Urban Sunset' is something really special we have been playing from some time now, a strong track with jazz influences, featuring a rhodes melody and congas played live, and a typical Chicago House and Detroit feeling. The package include remixes from Nebraska and Bassa Clan. Ali Gibbs aka Nebraska gives us a killer disco-infected and funked up version of 'Urban Sunset', adding a string sample, and his typical groove to the original
vibe, gearing it up nicely for club use. Dino Angioletti and Fabrizio Maurizi aka Bassa Clan, rework 'Daydream', delivering a raw deeper version with a dubbier touch.
