It was long overdue but we’re excited to finally present you the next episode of the Reels podcast series! Behind the wheels of steel this time is Sebastian Rebig, a true house music lover and proper vinyl junkie who owns more than 9000 records. Sebastian hails from Mönchengladbach (in the famous Ruhr region) and has been playing since 2000 in various locations around Germany. He has caught the ears of many passionate listeners, including Session Victim who have since then invited Sebastian to spin at some of their parties. Thanks to his record selection, deejaying skills and deep knowledge of music, Sebastian Rebig is the perfect example of a „DJ’s DJ“.

WTM038 is definitely an outstanding release, something between house and real love to technoid sounds. The long A side comes with a classical intro and turns into a perfect groovy but still monumental house track. the B starts with the track "call me a cap" and is the third collaboration with dOP. great melodic atmospheric sounds with a perfect arrangement between vocals and all the typical addicted Masomenos style. The second one on the B side has a featuring with Tobi Neumann who releases also his third EP with the french duo. "Pushpush" is more trippy with a great step sequencer arrangement. All together, great release again from Masomenos and this will be a special one which you surely won’t forget !!!

Factor City is happy to present the second and last 12” with remixes from Undo’s “Disconnect L.P”. After Iñigo Vontier, Cabaret Nocturne and Dimitri Veimar’s excellent remixes of “Autómatas” and “Computer Friends" now it’s time for Marvin & Guy and Zombies In Miami with two outstanding reworks of “The Arptist” and “Disconnect". The fantastic italian duo Marvin & Guy take on “The Arptist”, is an  11 minutes lisergic journey through magic pads, sparkling arpeggios and distorted guitars.
On the flip, Zombies In Miami work their magic on “Disconnect” using the original pads and Undo’s voice to create a totally new track with their own trademark.

Born in the wilderness of rural Canada, Daniel Gardner spent his formative years in relative isolation, serenaded by the supernatural sounds of the environment in which he inhabited. Not content with his traditional schooling, he spent wintery nights tuned into a distant university radio station, recording weird and wonderful electronic music onto a cassette tape which hung from the ceiling to study musical structures. It wasn't long before he began sampling his habitat and creating sonic landscapes of his own, as surreal and serene as his surroundings. 

This is DIY Electronic music from the soul...
