Wow! We were expecting a lot, but not this.  On Sunday we visited the @feelfestival with our crew from synthēse dresden as day visitors and spontaneously tore down the "Wagenburg"-floor again with our friends.  

I had never played a b2b set before, nor had I ever played unprepared, but this turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. @PurpleSol was the perfect partner for my first b2b! The atmosphere was indescribable, and it was incredibly fun to celebrate my debut festival set with such a vibrant and energetic audience.

Huge thanks to everyone who danced with us, to @powerpaulpower & @jonathanfranze-1 to make this possible and a special shoutout to @PurpleSol for the amazing b2b experience! 🍾

Wie war dein Weg bisher?
Alles hat mit einer Wette vor einem Jahr angefangen und in Kombination mit viel Prokrastination erst im März 2024 Gestalt angenommen. Seit dem kann ich Auflegen nicht mehr aus meinem Leben wegdenken. Durch meinen ersten Gig auf dem MIT DIR Festival wurde ich direkt ins kalte Wasser geworfen. Ich hätte mir keinen besseren Start vorstellen können. Bei allem was ich mache hab ich Freund*innen an meiner Seite, welche mich durch die Höhen und Tiefen begleiten, welche mit damit einhergehen. 

Was ist dir an einem Safespace wichtig?
Ein Safespace ist super individuell und ziemlich dynamisch, was sich gestern noch sicher angefühlt hat, kann sich sehr schnell ins Gegenteil umkehren. Aus diesem Grund umgebe ich mich mit Menschen, mit denen ich gemeinsam Safespaces erschaffen kann, um diese Räume auszuweiten und für so viele wie möglich zugänglich zu machen.

I'm excited to share the live recording from Elipamanoke in Leipzig, captured during my set downstairs from 2:45 to 4:30 AM. It was absolute madness! Huge thanks to @leider9 , especially @moritz_sachse and @evaversohler  ❤️.
I hesitated to upload this set because it's not the usual BPM I play, but I've started embracing it again—just like when I first began DJing. Why not, right? I feel like playing whatever I'm into at the moment. But at the end, it's the same music, just not pitched down, which actually makes it easier to Shazam! :DD

Unfortunately, the night wasn’t all perfect. During my second-to-last track, someone from the crowd came up and pulled out my USB stick, thinking my set was over. I was so stunned that the exit loop (shoutout to Pioneer) ran for five minutes before I played my final track, which you cannot listen to, because it would be a mess. I didn’t really want to mention that part, but it happened. 

Despite that hiccup, this gig was one of my favorites recently. And once again, the "Melaunian phenomenon" was in full effect. Big hugs to Melaune!
