February has been a brutal, unrelenting slice of winter that is best to be embraced..this stomping beat and bagpipes seems to be a fine remedy...fine vocals and gritty guitar....liked the slight pause in the middle..though winter was over...but no....this is the kind of tune that makes me want to grab my kilt and pipes and head out into the blizzard at -35C...I like that idea , but then we can be a bit crazy in Canada...must be the weather ...loved this..ambient outdoor sounds....maybe leave my kilt and grab my hockey stick and skates and head over to the pond instead !! :)

My cousin Dave is a proud Liverpudlian, and a big Beatles fan. He grew up in Liverpool in the 50s and 60s, and could tell you anything you want to know about his beloved City Liverpool!
He sent me some great lyrics, and the music was born as a sister to "Screaming Leg Blues", which I was working on at the time. Big thanks Cuz, love ya! <3

We have had another magic invite from Mamoru, and Jamie and I have had a lot of fun working with him on this fab classic. It came together quite quickly, as we all felt a lot of empathy with the song and Mamoru's arrangement.
When I finished the vocals, I realised I had sung "take a chance" instead of "shake a hand" on the last line of the second verse..lol.. we left it in!
