After shit tonnes of practice I've finally done a take I'm happy with, no editing after, just a bit of comp and limiter in Ableton. 
Deffo need some lessons in live mixing, some very ropey transitions. But overall I'm happy with how much i've learnt over the last few weeks.  
I'm not massively happy with the sound quality captured by my audio interface with this kind of music, i think I would need to upgrade if i was to record sets at home for use on radio or more formal release.

So I first made this track with ableton lite, I was mixing drums in a separate mix and putting the bounce in the main mix, it was so annoying, now I gots me that ableton intro, 16 tracks baby. so I remixed the song and now i absolutely love it. I may make it my first release under frogzlegz. Some more tinkering to be done though perhaps. I have also taken this week to learn a bunch of stuff and this shows massively in the redo, I'm gonna take the other down as now I can't stand the original. anyway enjoy. be kind to each other <3

Today is the winter solstice - we are now in the longest night of the year. To celebrate the end and beginning of the sun's cycle, we have a mix from @anna-peaker, an artist and designer based in Leeds.

A deep dig to soothe and guide you through the dark winter solstice night - weaving of warm and icy tones incorporating folk, contemporary classical, and electronic ambient. Past, future, forever sounds.
