A night for evil demons to be unleashed and let graceful spirits find us. Between darkness and light, day and night, evil and kind, beauty and deformation.

To accompany these presences for one night, From Athens to Brussels with love has a great Halloween party in store for you. From trippy techno to progressive trance with a touch of disco, caustic acid music and hardcore, artists from different countries and backgrounds will keep you dancing until the early hours of the morning.

This night will be an in-between experience, drifting from the world of the living and the world of the dead. At Recyclart, we will open our doors to let the spirits return to the living for a few hours and take possession of our bodies for a crazy party.

For that night Figkott gave us ninety minutes of a progressive house club music with a touch of new beat and rushing through trance. It was a youthful celebration of romance and sensual pleasure.

I'm excited to have teamed up with a legend like The Horn, a true originator of Downtempo & IDM. To celebrate our new record out now on Quoth (Utter) ° u-t-t-e-r.bandcamp.com/album/top-shelf-material-ep ° I decided to release this 2-track mini-ep free for you. Vafra is one of many sketches collected by The Horn in the early 1990s, recorded live to cassette tape. If I should define his unreleased works and sketches I would say: fun, bouncy and adventurous, showcasing the DIY spirit of those times. I had a lot of fun getting my hands on these lo-fi experiments full of energy and playfulness.

I want to dedicate it to Jon. A closed friend of Steve, passed away this week. RIP

Ahead of a forthcoming solo record, folklorist, composer and archivist Derek Piotr provides a richly psychedelic TANK Mix, looking for clues in the past 7 decades of electronic experimentation. In a statement ahead of its release, Piotr said: 

“After four years of recording other voices for my fieldwork-archive.com folklorist endeavor, I am overjoyed to say that I am putting the finishing touches on a new solo record: expect fidget house, glitch, and … 13th c. medieval pieces! I hope this mix reflects the sonic world of the album, with plenty of beats and some motets tucked in if you listen carefully…also buckets and buckets of texture.”
