Nova is a DJ based in Montreal that loves to explore various genres of music in her mixing such as Melodic House, Deep House, Techno, Progressive and more. She loves to create different atmospheres and as a result of her passion and hard work, Nova made a name for herself in the Montreal Underground Music Scene. She was invited to play at venues such as ‘Le Salon Daomé’, NewHaus, Club Pelicano and in early 2020 Nova shared the decks with Miss Monique.

“My first gig was in a bar called ‘Redroom’ located in  the old port of Montreal where I played in an event for SoundWave. It was the first time I experienced a deep connection with the crowd and I fell in love with Djing at that moment.” -Nova

ROOTS:

My biggest inspirations at the moment would be artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Soul Button, ARTBAT, Stan Kolev, Astrix and Fernanda Pistelli. My roots are definitely a combination of many musical genres that varies from Trance to Rock music to Classical music and others.  Although, now I would say that I like to explore more with the deep and mysterious sounds.” -Nova
