Norwegian born Ruben Næss has been busy manufacturing a steady library of 100% authentic Jackin/Chicago style House since 2010 and hasn't looked back since. Keeping true to his love of the classic sounds of House he’s made it his goal to style a sound that's modern and forward thinking whilst retaining the soul and vibe of the traditional roots of the House sound he knows and loves.

Ruben has worked with many labels across his career, some of them includes Juiced Music, Mood Funk Records, Turtle Wax Recordings, Greenhouse Recordings, Jack Locker Recordings, Soulsupplement Records, Layers Label, Frosted Recordings, Cruise Music, plus many more.

Ruben Naess is also owner of the mighty Pocket Jacks Trax record label, founded around 8 years ago by him and Daniel Hellwege, both also produce music under the alias Funky Trunkers. Their label is focused on Deep, Funky, Jackin', Tech House and anything in between. The label works with artists across the globe and releases only the finest of the funky underground sound.

Born in Toulon (France) in 1963, raised in Sicily, with over 40 years of experience, he is no stranger on the island. Once resident DJ at the famous 'Pikabu' Disco in Sciacca, with local legend Franco Lipari and 'Second Life' Disco in Germany in the 80's, he still makes appearances at local festivals such as 'Disco Love', the most important Sicilian Funky House music Festival, awarded as the best Italian Festival of 2012 at the 'Dance Music Awards'.

Spanish producers Dashtoc & LaFred join forces to present their first EP for the label.
The first track 'Be The Change' that puts the name of the release is a groovy tech-house track with a strong bassline, solid percussion and accompanied by hot synthlines.
To continue the release we can listen 'Hold On Me' by LaFred, a techy tune with a pumping bassline and a hot groove.
Closing the EP 'How You Like' by Dashtoc is the perfect one, with a rolling bassline and lots of percussion is full of rhythm and flavour.
