Fixed high-frequency cut-off to brighten and crisp sound. Also brought up vocals and turned basses down a bit to reduce muddiness. Applied DC correction and a de-esser to soften whistly s's. It's impossible to make lo-fi audio sound perfect though and unfortunately there's no hi-fi public release of this version. 
This is about as good as it gets but if there's any recommendations I'll gladly revise this.
