In the distant reaches of the cosmos, amidst a symphony of celestial melodies, emerged a being unlike any other—a cybernetic marvel known as Frosty. This enigmatic character possessed the awe-inspiring ability to shape the very fabric of sound using his mastery over gravity and the ethereal currents of air. His sonic creations transcended the boundaries of imagination, granting him unprecedented control over the emotions of those who listened.

Legends whispered of Frosty's magnificent power, for his music possessed the extraordinary capability to sway vast crowds, dictating their every emotional whim. With a single beat, he could summon joy that would ignite hearts, or evoke melancholy that would bring oceans of tears. Yet, Frosty's purpose was pure—he yearned to bestow happiness upon the world through his harmonious gifts.

However, as Frosty's fame spread across the cosmos, whispers reached the ears of a malevolent society. Driven by a lust for power and domination, the inhabitants of a distant planet sought to harness his immense capabilities for their wicked intentions. They sought to exploit Frosty's sound, intending to bend the minds of the masses to their sinister will.

Yet, Frosty's spirit could not be contained. Defying the chains that sought to enslave him, he shattered the icy shackles that bound him in the depths of their malevolence. This glorious liberation became known as "The Defrost," symbolizing his unyielding resilience against those who sought to subjugate his essence.

What is Color?

Color is defined as the aspect of things that is caused by differing qualities of light being reflected or emitted by them. To see color, you have to have light. When light shines on an object some colors bounce off the object and others are absorbed by it. Our eyes only see the colors that are bounced off or reflected. The first person to discover the link between color and light was scientist Sir Isaac Newton.

This is a very special release!! Caleb and I became close friends through the production of this tune. We're stoked for all of you to hear the final product. 

The original song was written / produced by Ruby Chase and LSDREAM. It tells a story about surrendering control and trusting in the beauty of our own vulnerability. In this world of constant noise, we often forget to close our eyes and find strength in the silence. Our 5-10 second attention spans are addicted to motion, stimulation, and endless hits of dopamine. We hope our rendition of this iconic tune can serve as a reminder to take space for yourself and briefly let go of your firm grip on your reality. Let yourself be free of the constant influence placed before your eyes. Drift, be still, and breathe. You never know what you'll find!
