Hello, friends! Following the release of the 'Slowed + Reverb' version of this track, I wanted to share the original vocal version. This track is about the concept of 'awakening' and the double edged sword of becoming more aware of yourself and your surroundings. Overall, I feel this is a positive thing, but it can be tough making that transition from an innocent, child like state to becoming an adult and seeing the world differently, questioning the values instilled by elders and finding your own path.
