Fructose Father, on man band created in London and now located in south of France presents his third album, GIVE ME FIVE, GO TO HEAVEN, recorded on the road, between 2021 and 2023, and mixed at Richard Finca’s studio, Marseilles; it is an art rock frenzy, featuring elements of afrobeat and new wave, where noisy guitars, hypnotic trance-like synths and electronic polyrythms mate on 7 psychedelic and sonic scenes. 
 a chiaroscuro album, as cruel as spiritual, in which introspective songs meet reflections about a hostile changing world.

GIVE ME FIVE, GO TO HEAVEN, enregistré sur la route entre 2021 et 2023, et mixé avec Richard Finca (Plainmen) à Marseille.
Une frénésie art rock, aux sonorités afrobeat et new wave, où des guitares fuzzées, des solos de synthés hypnotiques et des  polyrythmies électroniques copulent sur 7 séquences funky bruitistes. Un album clair obscur, cruel et spirituel, où des paroles introspectives rencontrent des réflexions aigre-douces sur un monde hostile et en pleine gestation.

It is sometimes possible to feel spiritual entities through the sound spectrum.

There is no singer in the room, but a transmitter playing voices of many beings from different ages.
During this absence, heavily fuzzed guitars, dusty pads and flickering basslines enter into a quietly sharp communication.
Overhead, symphonies of enchantment and distant flutes mingle with the soft murmur of the wind.

We remember the boy who jumped over the flames
We reminisce the disguises and rituals
We recall the copper horn singing with the drums

Tom Waits (on Jim Wilson): "Wilson, he's always playing with time. I heard a recording recently of crickets slowed way down. It sounds like a choir, it sounds like angel music. Something sparkling, celestial with full harmony and bass parts - you wouldn't believe it. It's like a sweeping chorus of heaven, and it's just slowed down, they didn't manipulate the tape at all. So I think when Wilson slows people down, it gives you a chance to watch them moving through space. And there's something to be said for slowing down the world."
