「RHYTHM-DOME 60」は、高度合成数(highly composite number)をリズムに用いた音楽です
高度合成数は自然数で、それ未満のどの自然数よりも約数が多いものを指します
インドの数学者ラマヌジャンが考案した概念で、時間や角度などに用いられている数字です

曲の特徴として、テンポは変わりませんがキック音の分割(間隔)が変わり、60の約数(計12個)の拍子に変化していきます
具体的には60拍子→30→20→15→12→10→6→5→4→3→2→1拍子に変わります(1拍子と呼ぶのはおかしな話ですがこれもリズムには盛り込んであります)

そして曲中で繰り返され続けるメロディ(アルペジオ)は60の約数(1と60を除く)のポリリズムになっていて、そこから全てのリズムが重なる1拍目頭のタイミングのみ取り除いています
これがMIDIやBMSのノートとして並べた時にドーム型の形状になることから曲名を付けました

BPM120、6連符(いわゆる24分)×60個×24小節(空白時間を除いて2分=120秒)で構成されていて、BMSの譜面の話を挙げると前半12小節・後半12小節でノーツが上下対称に配置できるよう曲とキー音が構成されています
作品のあらゆる情報に関して、登場する数字が可能な限り高度合成数になるような作品に仕上げました
