Asphalt Ointment

Named after a good local pub in London, Berlin/UK based label Fox & Hound Recordings focuses on the abstract areas of dance music. The label showcases everything from experimental to the hard hitting. With a catalog consisting of two EPs released in 2018: one from New Zealand producer EBB and the other from owner and producer Cocktail Party Effect, the label makes a comeback this year with a new 8 track Mini LP from Brazilian Berlin-based producer Isabassi. Already known for stirring up the bass music scene, her release “Utterly Prone To” captures the essence of her live sets (all tracks are recorded in one take) and brings a solid mixture of distorted dance floor rollers and harsh noise atmospheres.

With the aim to fill the gap between the last two free cultures of our age, Autonoma Industriale builds itself as the ultimate output for all those artists actively working to keep the scene true and alive, fighting the business-driven fake scene that threat to fagocitate every aspect of our cultural and artistic freedom.

Born on the edge of a collapsing society, Autonoma represented the last shot of a movement that since too much time now fight to survive in an hostile, cowardly appreciated reality. The same reality that was refuge for the lost, the lasts and the oppressed, today became another fuck-simil of the same fascist system that threat to dominates the world, from the East to nowhere.

This first release walk then into the last, hidden basements of a decadent but still vivid scene, bringing Togheter the most interesting acts of the berliner underground culture. From hardcore punk to harsh noise, through destructured, fast forward Techno and politically shaped EBM, this nineteen tracks aim to be an homage to those who still believes, and dreams.

Punk will never die.
