About ‘Into the Wild’ Andrew says:
“I was introduced to Pauline’s work through her 2019 EP ‘Sirens’ released on Ramrock Records – a
brilliant gospel acapella EP. The melodies and vibe of the recordings are so soulful, but they have a
moody edge to them which I like and thought the vibe would suit the sound I was developing. So, I
reached out with an instrumental to see if she was interested in working with me and to my surprise, she was.
And  ‘Into the Wild’ is the result”.

Andrew Sant is a Mancunian DJ, producer and remixer who now resides in Adelaide, Australia. His most
recent single 'In the Beginning’ released on Steve Parry and Dave Seaman’s Selador Recordings label, received the thumbs up from the likes of Timo Maas and Who Made Who as well as being made Number
1 on Beatport’s ‘Best new melodic House & Techno chart’ for May 2024. His last single for F*CLR ‘Love Honor Respect' found its way onto the USB’s of many of the world’s top DJ’s including Jamie Jones, Graeme Park, Don Diablo, Wade Teo, Groove Assassin, DJ Heather and Rimarkable who supported the track on her Defected Radio Show. Andrew has also released and remixed on labels such as 3 AM Recordings, Tri-Circle, Tarantic, Kolour
Open Bar, and Playmore. His DJ career has taken him around the globe from Sankey’s Soap in

When devoted Spurs fan, Dan The Drum approached lifelong Gooner and Faith Collective original, Stuart Patterson, with an idea for a track, Dan was given short shrift due to the duo’s footballing differences of opinion. However, once they were off the terraces and in the comfort of a friendly North London boozer, they discussed the idea further and Dan's vision of Stuart recalling his decades long career in the UK house scene resonated. Mr Patterson had been thinking along similar lines for a long time and they both felt there was a need for a roll call of some of the most important names from those early days, which was woefully overdue. The last thing Stuart had imagined is that it would be him telling the story, merging some of his own DJ’ing memories. So, after some cajoling and 3 pints of Red Stripe later, Dan got Stu talking into his recorder whilst Dan's demo track played in the background and Stuart’s stream of consciousness took shape. The duo thought there was need for a memorable hook that invoked the essence of a classic house track, so Dan got on the blower to Carmy Love, chanteuse extraordinaire from the London House Choir and, with the addition of her blistering vocals, the track began to take build into something substantial. A further musical heavyweight was approached, and Dan went into the North Street West studio with international musical maestro and studio manager, Darren Morris who added exemplary keys and additional instrumentation alongside their dual production and arrangement.

‘UK House Sermon’ stands proudly alongside many US house fables and its delivery pays homage to the likes of The Streets, ‘Weak Become Heroes’, Ashley Beedle and Earl Zinger’s ‘Ghost Dancers’ and Daft Punk’s ‘Teachers’.

With remixes already in the bag from the mighty XPress 2 and the North Street West gang of Ashley Beedle, Jo Wallace and Darren Morris flexing their remix muscles, this is going to be one of the strongest packages of 2025. It is truly a premiere division ‘Match Made In North London.’

Legendary remix combo, X-Press 2 have waded in and rolled up their remixing sleeves to deliver two massive slabs of prime time house niceness. The 'Wild Pitch' remix is a dance floor destroyer of epic proportions with the 'Give Thanks' remix creeping up on you like a thief in the night. A magnificent brace of musical interpretations. Little Anthony And The Imperials’ 1965 soulful hit, ‘Hurt So Bad’, is a song that’s been beautifully covered many times over the decades – redesigned, repurposed and sampled by the likes of Grant Green, Nancy Holloway, Philly Devotions and Etienne de Crecy (“Prix Choc”). And now, fresh for 2025, London producer / DJ Dan The Drum has teamed with one of London’s freshest soulful voices, Carmy Love, on an outstanding cover, together creating a gorgeous slice of dance floor soul and celebrating the song’s 60th Anniversary whilst tastefully updating it for today’s soulful party people. The result is a glamorous hip-swaying, finger-snapping groover, executed with the highest class of musicianship, including key wizard Darren Morris (North Street West), Joseph Nesbitt-Larking with his amazing jazz guitar vibes and Carl Davies, who delivers smooth sax performance on this stellar F*CLR release. From East End London barrow boy to club nights on the Costas, Dan “The Drum” Spalding has DJ’ed alongside the likes of Norman Jay MBE, Dave Lee, Craig Charles, Brandon Block, Ashley Beedle and Huey Morgan and the FAITH crew, to name but a few. Immersing himself since the age of 14 in Funk & Soul, Reggae, Ska, House, Rare Groove and Hip Hop, Dan went on to co-found ‘The Lockdown Legacy’ DJ fundraising events, raising thousands for local and national charities. Dan’s productions include ‘JazzCazz’ – a respectful spin on Coffee’s 1980 Disco classic, ‘Casanova’, with Ronnie Turner and Emma Noble (Supported by Craig Chales on BBC 6Music). In addition he released the massive, ‘UK House Sermon’ – a collab with Stu Patterson and Carmy Love, including remixes from Xpress-2 and North Street West. Dan also hosts his own show on East London’s Totally Wired Radio.

Carmy Love is a rising force in UK soul music, known for her rich, emotive vocals and timeless sound. Launching her solo career in 2021 with the breakout 45 ‘Rebel’ / ‘Thinkin’ About You’ on Big AC Records, she quickly gained support from Craig Charles (BBC 6 Music), Robert Elms (BBC London), and Norman Jay (Soho Radio). Since then, she’s released a string of acclaimed singles including ‘Together Again’, ‘In The Morning’, and ‘Just Came to Dance’, working closely with songwriter Nick Corbin and producer Mitch Ayling (The Milk). Raised in North West London, Carmy has deep musical roots in soul, R&B, lovers rock, and gospel. She has performed with Laville, PM Warson, and the House Gospel Choir, and was a key member of New Street Adventure, contributing to their Acid Jazz debut No Hard Feelings—a modern soul classic.

Production collective of the moment, Bruise, have been enjoying the limelight and quite rightly so, with their ‘Grand Hi’ earmarked by the Guardian, and sync’d by Grand Theft Auto, the Lady Blackbird remix and most recently, ‘Joy’. Christian Campbell works his magic again on both vocal and instrumental, taking the title track to a whole other level of euphoric and joyous orchestral house. It’s both dark and uplifting with those shades of D Town techno with soul we’ve all come to love from Bruise.

On ‘America the Beautiful’ Kameelah delivers powerful spoken word lyrics, pledging allegiance to the people of America - to the dreamers, the lovers, the thinkers, and the risk takers. At the same time, Kameelah questions how many rights will America change and how many souls will America break. She skilfully delivers her conscious narrative alongside a rolling house beat. Loaded with talent, the poetry is written by the hand and from the heart of Kameelah who also produces the track with Kelly Murray, her partner in Ke’Wah Productions.

New Jersey based hip hop artist, Kameelah grew up with music all around, with world beats, island and tribal vibes coming from inside her Islamic home - MTV meshed with rap blasting from every Philly + NJ radio station, while house parties were playing four to the floor and electronica. Her musical denial was the catalyst for her explosion into sound and later her versatility as an artist, producer, writer and performer who has worked within a myriad of styles from neo soul to hip hop, to house, releasing previously on BBE, Rapster Records, and Philly Through My Ear. In 2020 she dropped her highly respectable, ‘Holding On’ on Ramrock Records.

F*CLR Records are so happy to be finally releasing The Sweet Fantastic’s brilliant ‘Hypnotisin (Get Down)’ as F*CLR’s first fresh release of 2022 – a beautifully reinterpretated version of Raw Silk’s ‘Do it to the music’. It’s been an incredibly long and winding road for Mancunian/qualified architect/DJ/producer/remixer and extremely patient co-founder of ‘The Sweet Fantastic’, Andrew Sant who now resides in Adelaide, Australia. Undeterred by a two year delay due to an initial knock back on a sample request from Raw Silk’s record company, the onset of COVID lockdowns and studio closures, Andrew persevered and after recruiting the fabulous talents of vocalist Lesley
Williams to reimagine the vocals, he revised his original 2019 track from scratch on his dining room table along with musical colleague, Troy J Bean. They took inspiration from the original track but
added their ‘Sweet Fantastic’ spin to the ‘Do It’ vibes. The North Street West crew lent their production talents to the remix and Ashley Beedle, Darren Morris and Jo Wallace pooled their collective disco chops to add nu-house sensibilities to the already excellent original.

Previous releases from Andrew have included ‘Ya feel’ (3 AM Recordings), Out of Kontrol (Tri-Circle), Inbetween Dreams (Tarantic), Escapism (Kolour) and The Beat Conductor (Open Bar) with remixes for Neo on their track ‘Trulybe’ (Tri-Circle) and DJ Meme’s ‘Chanson du Soleil’ (Playmore). His DJ career has taken him around the globe from Sankeys Soap + the Warehouse Project Warm Up Party, Manchester, The Bomb, Nottingham, Miss Moneypenny’s @ BoHo, Ibiza and as a guest presenter on Stamford University Radio, San Francisco, California. Drawing on influences from the likes of Ashley Beedle, Frankie Knuckles, Jimpster, Masters at Work and Kerri Chandler to name but a few, The Sweet Fantastic are already working on several follow ups to ‘Hypnotisin’.

Riding over an incessant 80s style electronic groove, Billy delivers a brilliantly chilling message….’you’re one of us now’.  Natasha Kitty Katt is not your average DJ and producer; she’s an otherworldly force and with her hypnotic beats and ethereal melodies, she transports listeners to a cosmic dancefloor where time and space dissolve into a groovy, pulsating journey. Here, she takes up the narrative:

“As a lover of all things Vamps, The Lost Boys is a stand out film for me. I remember my Auntie having the VHS when my sister and I were little. She put it on one day and I was hooked.  Give me 80s, vampires and a killer soundtrack and you have one happy Katt. When I composed Batt Danse, I could visualise a tribute to my beloved vampires, as well as paying tribute to the Danse Macabre. I wanted something with a creepy electronic edge, that made people move.  There’s a forthcoming video for ‘Batt Danse’ which I filmed with No Reel Productions – the whole team including Scott Kempik have insane animation skills. My friend Kevin helped to conceptualise the video and had an idea that an actual Lost Boy should be in it. Kevin has worked with the Lost Boys and helped make that connection. He put me in touch with my favourite Vampire, Dwayne “Billy Wirth”. I never in my wildest dreams thought such a project could happen, but here we are. Billy brought out his full Dwayne character for the role. You can hear his vampiric tones and passion as he steps back into his iconic role. The video will be out a few weeks after the release as an exclusive. Watch this space”.

US Artist Kameelah Waheed was encouraged to consider song writing as a career option when she received an opportunity to write for Bunny Sigler of Philadelphia International Records. Moving forward, Kameelah reached back into her roots of house music and delivered acclaimed singles such as ‘Holding On’ and ‘America the Beautiful’ (North Street West & Bruise remixes).  More recently, she worked with Beyonce collaborator and international DJ / producer, Honey Dijon on Defected Records and has a current collaboration out with Wade.

“I was introduced to Kameelah’s work through her 2020 track ‘Holding On’, released on sister label to F*CLR Records, Ramrock Red. She sounded awesome and looked cool AF on the cover. I thought one day I’d like to work with her as I wanted to release a track with a strong message from somebody that really had something to say. Then Kameelah turned things up a notch with Bruise’s remix of ‘America the Beautiful’ which I thought was just incredible. I contacted her to see if she was interested in working with me and she said ‘yes’, so I sent her an instrumental demo and she delivered the vocal that you hear on the record today. The only problem was my music didn’t have the same attitude as her vocal delivery, so I decided to rewrite the music and toughened up the beats and the track turned into this kind of lo-fi Chicago Jack track. Lots of energy and attitude and a bit punk to my ears.”

Two of Chi-Town’s highly regarded House Music talents, Chip E and Kid Enigma, collide on the high-octane Jackin’ Hip House single, ‘Hold Me Back’. Kicking off this package is a hefty lo-fi Jackin’ remix from DJ PAUL FUNK, powered by menacing ‘In yer face’ retro style synth hooks. There is also a remix from Paul’s production partner in crime, Quinten De Rozario, who injects some infectious hooks and a bumping bass, bringing a chunky fresh bounce to things. Closing out the package is a stripped down dubby low-slung bass driven groover from Kid Enigma that seamlessly flows around his sublime rap.

DJ PAUL FUNK started DJ’ing on the Amsterdam Rare Groove scene in 1986 before venturing to Chicago and New York in 1988 on a house music pilgrimage to discover the origins of the genre. Paul was one of the House music pioneers on the European club scene until he discovered Drum and Bass in '94. He hosted his own ‘Raiders Of The Lost Bass’ travelling club nights and played major European D&B clubs and events till 2001 when he took a 14 year sabbatical from DJ’ing/producing to concentrate on building custom motorcycles. But now he’s back! Quinten De Rozario met DJ PAUL FUNK 3 decades ago and they have been producing music together ever since, Quinten started DJ’ing in 1985 and when he discovered ‘Tears’ by Frankie Knuckles in '92, a lifelong passion for the 4 To The Floor started. Chip E was born in Chicago and began spinning records in 1982 producing records by 1984 and in 1985, Street Mix Magazine declared Chip E. as the "Godfather of House Music.  Chip E's and Joe Smooth's first recording ‘Jack Trax’ ft.  ‘Time to Jack’ as well as ‘It's House’, considered by many as the first House record, and the first to use the terms "Jack" and "House".  Chip E, along with Joe Smooth, assisted Frankie Knuckles when he co-produced Frankie's first record ‘You Can't Hide’. Keith Rafael Perez, aka Kid Enigma is a Chicago-born, Mexican-American artist with a never-ending desire for Peace, Love, and Tranquillity. By 15, he’d picked up his first DJ residency and by 16 he had three weekly residencies under the moniker ‘Kid Enigma’. At 19, Kid had developed the ‘B Natural mixtapes’ whilst focusing on his main objective to promote life through the power of music and artistic expression.

‘Only Fans’ ft. Digital Liquid, taken from Joseph Malik’s acclaimed ‘Proxima Ebony’ album of last year, gets the first-class remix treatment from London’s legendary production duo, X-Press 2. Joseph delivers an impactful vocal, waxing lyrical on his memories of being brought up around sex workers, underpinned by Digital Liquid’s acid worm lead, as X-Press 2 unleash a sublime dance floor slayer loaded with catchy hooks, jackin’ beat wizardry and dynamic production. Propelling the song into another stratosphere, the duo have created the chugging Lo-Fi 'Back Room' behemoth, armed with slo-mo breakbeats and a badass dubby bass groove, culminating in hypnotic groover that would make the late and great Mr Weatherall very proud.

Scotland’s Joseph Malik has crafted a fantastic catalogue of music over the decades and is highly respected for his distinctively soulful voice and on point song writing skills. Together with co-producer, David Donnelly, he released his first album, ‘Diverse Part 1’ (Compost) in 2002. This was followed by ‘Aquarius Songs’ album (2004), and ‘Diverse Part 2’ album (2018) on Ramrock Records which was ‘Album of the Month’ on Gilles Peterson’s BBC 6Music show. Joseph’s ‘Diverse Part 3’ album (2018) was Craig Charles’ BBC 6Music ‘Album of the Year’. Joseph then released ‘Diverse Part 3 Variant Issue’, the remix album (2022) and most recently his outstanding ‘Proxima Ebony’ album (2023) on Ramrock Records to great acclaim.

London’s X-Press 2 have been at the vanguard of British electronic music for three decades. In that time this acclaimed DJ and production duo, alongside Ashley Beedle, have turned out many hits. Both Rocky and Diesel have a truly pioneering spirit that fueled early nineties underground anthems such as the percussive ‘Muzik Express’, ’Kill 100’, the 2003 Ivor Novello Award winning single ‘Lazy’ and ‘Give It,’ with vocalists Talking Heads’ David Byrne and Lambchop’s Kurt Wagner. They’ve continued to turn out powerful club cuts such as ‘Tonehead Chemistry’ and ‘Siren Track’, and recently delivered big remixes for Gabriels, David Holmes, JIM and David Kitt. To date, X-Press 2 have released 4 albums, including their recently released, ‘Thee’, album on Acid Jazz. Rocky and Diesel are still fanatical about the music they play and produce, they still very much have their finger on the pulse and continue to lead from the front.

With ‘Synaptic Juice’, Natasha continues in the same vein with an injection of incessant, synth driven house featuring the distinctive vocal talents of chanteuse, Suki Soul. The title, ‘Synaptic Juice’ is taken from an episode of ‘Star Trek – Voyager’ and as soon as Natasha heard those words, she knew it was the title for the lead single taken from her debut album of the same name. Suki’s lyrics encourage the listener to tap into the power of the mind and soul and feeding it….

When devoted Spurs fan, Dan The Drum approached lifelong Gooner and Faith Collective original, Stuart Patterson, with an idea for a track, Dan was given short shrift due to the duo’s footballing differences of opinion. However, once they were off the terraces and in the comfort of a friendly North London boozer, they discussed the idea further and Dan's vision of Stuart recalling his decades long career in the UK house scene resonated. Mr Patterson had been thinking along similar lines for a long time and they both felt there was a need for a roll call of some of the most important names from those early days, which was woefully overdue. The last thing Stuart had imagined is that it would be him telling the story, merging some of his own DJ’ing memories. So, after some cajoling and 3 pints of Red Stripe later, Dan got Stu talking into his recorder whilst Dan's demo track played in the background and Stuart’s stream of consciousness took shape. The duo thought there was need for a memorable hook that invoked the essence of a classic house track, so Dan got on the blower to Carmy Love, chanteuse extraordinaire from the London House Choir and, with the addition of her blistering vocals, the track began to take build into something substantial. A further musical heavyweight was approached, and Dan went into the North Street West studio with international musical maestro and studio manager, Darren Morris who added exemplary keys and additional instrumentation alongside their dual production and arrangement.

‘UK House Sermon’ stands proudly alongside many US house fables and its delivery pays homage to the likes of The Streets, ‘Weak Become Heroes’, Ashley Beedle and Earl Zinger’s ‘Ghost Dancers’ and Daft Punk’s ‘Teachers’.

With remixes already in the bag from the mighty XPress 2 and the North Street West gang of Ashley Beedle, Jo Wallace and Darren Morris flexing their remix muscles, this is going to be one of the strongest packages of 2025. It is truly a premiere division ‘Match Made In North London.’

F*CLR Music are proud to present Irish producer/DJ, Glenn Davis and his debut 5 track digital release with F*CLR -  a deep soulful affair aimed firmly at the dance floor fusing his love of all things Chicago, Detroit & NYC. The title track ‘Body & Soul’ has its roots firmly in the Strictly Rhythm/Nu Groove groove – a lush, organ driven banger that is guaranteed to incite hands in the air mayhem. Ashley Beedle & the North Street crew put a different spin on ‘Body & Soul’ giving it a spaced out, Balearic feel while ‘I ain’t got nothing’ has got attitude and then some. The held string, melancholy chords and beautifully ethereal vocals take you to that tiny, dimly lit backstreet club in your mind - you’ve all been there – the one you never want to leave. The gasping interjections on ‘I feel it’ are underpinned by ominous synths while ‘Emotional Intelligence’ takes you in an even darker Detroit direction. The whole EP is beautifully crafted by Glenn and has already had major props from the likes of Terry Farley and Gilles Petereson.

Earliest musical influences come from The Jam, James Brown, Motown and 80's New Wave and at 16, Glenn got the vinyl bug and when Mark Dixon opened Dublin’s Phuture Groove Records in the mid 90’s, he was able to indulge in his passion for deep house & techno. Labels like Balance, Prescription, U Star, MA, Ibadan, Planet E, Op Art, 100% Pure and Ferox all helped shape his later compositions.

Glenn's first gig was playing for the D1 Records night in early 2000's - primarily a Detroit techno night featuring some of the upcoming DJs from the techno underground - UR, DJ Bone, Octave One Claude Young and Rub a Dub Records. In 2005, he got together with his mates and, inspired by trips to the legendary Southport Soul Weekender, they formed Groovement Soul running club nights with a deeper, soulful jazz house sound and bringing some of their favourite DJ’s to play in Dublin.

Over the last 15 years, Glenn has had residencies in Dublin, played at the Oxygen & Electric Picnic festivals, represented at the 2013/14 Southport Weekenders and played alongside DJ’s including Recloose, Dr Bob Jones, Benji B, Kev Beadle, Moscow producer Lay Far and Thatmanmonkz.

In October 2017, Manchester based Ele Records released an EP featuring Glenn’s ‘Holdin’ On’ track and ‘Planet Rock’ by the mighty Byron the Aquarius.

The title track of Blazers EP, ‘Groove Sequence’ is unrelenting with its ‘taking no prisoners’ high octane rhythm, giving a reverential nod to the classic 90’s era of New York House. The North Street Remix crew - Ashley Beedle, Darren Morris and Jo Wallace - take ‘Groove Sequence’ twelve beats to the four bars and beyond – an exploration into deftly constructed dance floor mayhem. ‘Side2Side’ is an absolute cut up disco killer, already being championed by Luke Solomon on Rinse FM and reviewed in April’s DMC & Mixmag magazines. French electronic music label, Nymphony Records is run exclusively by students and over the last 7 years had based its operations between Grenoble and Paris. Nymphony’s key mission is to promote young artists and encourage diversity in the electronic music landscape and does so with their yearly track production contest to discover up-and-coming talent. With a roster of 10 fresh DJ/producers including Merick, Supply, Zaspéro, Tonte Concept, VNZT, Divali, DJ Timchef, Moher, Kuppeil and Blazers, Nymphony can be looked towards for future generations of Gallic groove gurus.

Blazers is a 23year old French DJ/producer living in Paris who learnt music theory and how to drum at the age of 4 and throughout his formative years, he borrowed his parents' CDs and sister's Ipod, discovering artists such as St Germain, Herbie Hancock and Daft Punk. Having deepened his knowledge in various genres, his first DJ sets were before he left high school and gaining confidence, Blazers started production using Ableton taking his inspiration from Kerri Chandler, Roy Ayers and A Tribe Called Quest. He started releasing edits and his own songs on Soundcloud for free D/L and in 2015, Blazers signed with French label Nymphony Records, releasing his first and second EPs which came to the attention of F*CLR label boss, Jo Wallace who promptly licensed his ‘Groove Sequence’ EP. Blazers is now DJing all over Europe with the likes of house luminaries Louie Vega and Detroit Swindle and following in the footsteps of Pepe Braddock, Cassius, I-Cube, Daft Punk and a whole pantheon of French producers, expect big things.

Glenn Davis returns to F*CLR for his 3rd EP on the label and all I can say is that this EP is an absolute killer. It’s been almost impossible to keep the lid on this house track of epic proportions for the last 12 months. Simple, effective and deadly, Ashley Beedle dropped the original on dubplate at one of the now legendary ‘Heavy Disco’ parties at the beginning of 2020 and the crowd lost their minds. Shazam went into meltdown and nobody could find the answer!

Glenn’s original harks back to the halcyon days of classic New York house - think Masters at Work, think Kerri Chandler, think Tony Humphries, think ‘category is taking it to church’. This is what ballroom beats are all about – attitude, realness and taking no prisoners. It really is a thing of beauty and has already gone into the realms of ‘classic’ with all the heads who have had the dubplate. It is the distillation of everything good about true house music – it remains faithful to the early pioneers’ vision of what they hoped house music would become.

Once again, the ‘North Street’ crew, Ashley Beedle, Darren Morris and Jo Wallace, flip the script on their ‘North Street West’ remix of ‘Special’ and inject a late 80’s toughness into the groove while bringing it bang up to date with chopped beats, nasty piano and a jacking tempo that ‘werks’ Glenn’s original track.
