This is pure, honest & emotional Hip Hop music created by young artists (Young & Destructive) who live in Santa Maria, California.  There has been a recent spike in the number of youth deaths both in their city and other major cities in California.  The cover art signifies that Santa Maria recently ranked in the TOP 5 cities in California for youth deaths.  This song is their tribute to the families who have tragically lost a child due to unnecessary violence.

Hunter Morris, a new and very talented singer/songwriter, has recently teamed up with Fast Trax to deliver his infectious melody lines and lyrical works of art to the music streaming world.  "Dark Times" is just one of many to come.  Hunter is so on the point with his writing that he is now also collaborating with other artists currently working at Fast Trax.  Look out! Avery's music is very emotional and from the heart.  It wasn't very expensive to record his songs because they are recorded as midi.  It is exactly what Avery played but no microphones were used thus eliminating the setup time every time he had a new session for a new song.

The Touchdown Johnny podcast contacted me in 2014 to produce the shows theme song.  After asking about the podcasts target markets, I felt the show was similar to the well known Bob & Tom radio show.  With that determination, I decided to use an EDM style rhythm to give the track energy, a big brass section for a touch of Baby Boomer school spirit, some "big hair band" electric guitar dive-bombs for The Millennials, and then I don't know why I started screaming "Touchdown Johnny!".  Enjoy!

Cruiz is a UNIQUE Central Coast rock band that deserves your attention.  This track was one of their very first ever recordings and it fuckin' rocks.  They asked me to help "find their sound" which is a tall order.  This is MIX 2 of 5 different mixes.  MIX 5 was what made the album found at www.cruizband.com at the bottom of the page.  I'm showing you MIX 2 so you can compare my initial thoughts to what we ultimately landed on for the album.
