Bloody Mary is an producer, live act, DJ, label owner of Dame-Music, and resident at Tresor Berlin.

This mix brings together some of her favourite tracks from the summer—acid bangers and groovy techno cuts from producers she admires—alongside three of her own. It includes one from her latest EP, another forthcoming on 26 September, and a third signed to a favourite acid label for release on vinyl later this year. The set is all about high energy and raw grooves.

Tormented aka Trevor Williams is a producer, live performer, and DJ. Originally from rural mid-Michigan, he moved to Detroit in 2023 and immersed himself in the city’s rich techno culture. He is the co-founder of Ominous Earth Records, a Detroit based label focusing on atmospheric and unrelenting techno. Dark and sub-driven, his sound is built on textured noise and kinetic rhythm, guiding listeners through a ritual of industrial innovation.

Pate Jaar, a DJ from Tbilisi, founder of DifferentSound. Known for his diverse techno style, he leads DifferentSound Records and the Concrete Tbilisi label. Beyond music releases, DifferentSound also manages artists, runs a creative agency, and organizes events, playing a key role in shaping the local and international techno scene.

This time he explores the slower, deeper side of techno — presenting a one-hour mix for Spira Records that drifts through atmospheres and meditative grooves. Enjoy this ride!

Not yet a big name on today’s techno map, up-and-comer Erik Jabari is a producer and DJ you shall hear a lot more from in the coming years. Championing a sound both rugged to the core and honed to razor-sharp effect, the young Berlin-based artist is on a rising trajectory his recent 6-hour B2B set with living legend DJ Pete came to confirm in the most splendid way. Building upon an unmatched maturity behind the decks associated with a sixth sense for faultless track selections, Erik has been dishing out proper memorable vinyl-only sets with unfaltering flair and focus throughout the past few months, and his inaugural mix for RYC shall cement his position as a DJ and producer to keep a close eye on. Locked in, ready for the sweep.

Ian, a Spanish-born London-based DJ, commenced his career in 1999, initially influenced by the techno rhythms of Berlin.
 
In 2006, he established Emphatic Records, which has since released artists such as Ben Sims, DJ Preach, Cristian Varela, d. Func, Jonas Kopp, Arnaud Le Texier, and numerous others.
 
Ian’s music has been released on labels including Sleaze Records, Children of Tomorrow, BEK Audio, TMM Records, and Black Codes Experiments.

He begun spinning records in southern Sweden in the late ‘90s, making a name for himself as a club promoter and skilled DJ. Almost twenty years later, this close connection and avid respect for the dance floor and its multitude of inhabitants is still at the very core of Patrick’s enterprise both as a DJ and a producer. To connect with the crowd at an almost primal tribal level, to create a vibe of togetherness and exclusiveness, to hypnotize and unite all the individuals in the dance floor into one single collective mind. These are the goals of Patrick Siech. Witnesses from countless secluded afterhours parties in Stockholm or Malmö can testify to his success, as can thousands of Berlin dancers. Once the connection is made, the capacity or prestige of the venue is nothing – the vibe is everything.
